The Services and Access for Everyone Center (SAFE Center) is a place where immigrants and non-immigrants can visit to build community, access services, and learn more about resources in Contra Costa County. Built by immigrants, the Center is a place where everyone is welcomed and included.

The SAFE Center is a space for all of us. A place to find your community. We want you to feel supported by the many services we provide, and welcomed as a member of our Contra Costa county community.
We currently have a satellite office in Richmond- Please call us for locations and hours.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the exception of Wednesdays when we are open to the public from 9 am to noon.
